What geodetic staking is
Staking is the inverse of geodetic surveying. While surveying brings the actual situation into a digital plan, staking transfers design points from the plan onto the ground and marks them physically. This is the basis of every construction process: before excavation, before fence installation, before laying infrastructure — points must be precisely placed on the ground.
Types of staking
Property boundary staking
Used for fencing of plots (especially in unregulated zones), boundary disputes with neighbors, sale and purchase of agricultural land, division of co-owned property.
Axes and building footprint staking
The first technical step of every construction. Main building axes, footprint contour for excavation, control points (benchmarks) for future verification are placed.
Infrastructure staking
Water and sewer routes, electric cables, gas pipelines, manholes, pumping stations, treatment plants.
Technology and accuracy
We work with GNSS RTK receivers (1–2 cm real-time accuracy) and Leica total stations (up to 5 mm in close range). All measurements are performed in State Coordinate System BGS2005, fully compatible with the cadastral map and regulation plans.
